Yes. Use a clear, high-resolution file whenever possible. You must own the file or have permission to use it. Very small, blurry or heavily compressed images may not reproduce well at large print sizes.

Designs created through the public AI experience may appear in the public gallery and have a shareable page. Do not add private contact details, sensitive images or confidential roster information to a public AI prompt. See our Privacy Policy for more.

The core team banner is 5 × 3 feet. Home plate and triangle pennants are 17 × 17 inches. The product page and cart show the final size and finishing selections for your item.

Yes. Eligible 5 × 3 foot team banner orders include one matching mini keepsake for each player included in the roster. The cart shows the included offer before checkout.

Choose the production-proof option when configuring your item. Review every name, number, color and placement before approval. If you choose no proof, production can proceed from the design and information submitted with the order.

Screens and printers reproduce color differently, so an exact match cannot be guaranteed. We prepare artwork for large-format production, but small variations in color, placement, trimming and finishing are normal.

Your total combines the selected products and options, production speed, applicable tax, and the live shipping rate chosen at checkout. Review the complete total before paying.

The checkout currently uses PayPal for secure payment. The payment screen shows the available PayPal funding methods before you authorize the order.

Email orders@teambannersports.com immediately with your order number. We will help when possible, but personalized work may not be changeable or cancellable after design or production has begun.

Checkout shows the available production speeds. Standard production begins the next business day; when offered, same-day production starts that day for the displayed rush charge. Proof review or missing information can affect when work is ready to begin.

Enter a complete shipping address at checkout to see current carrier services, prices and transit estimates. The selected shipping and handling amount appears in your order total.

Carrier transit times are estimates unless the selected service expressly states otherwise. Weather, holidays, address issues and carrier disruptions can cause delays, so order early for a fixed event date.

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will compare the item with the approved order and review the appropriate next step.

You can browse products and start exploring without an account. An account lets you save supported designs, view order history, and keep order messages and proofs together.

Sign in to My Account and open the order. Status updates, conversation messages and proof files associated with that order appear on its detail page.
