Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of the information involved when you browse, create a design, open an account or place an order.

This policy applies to Team Banner Sports websites, accounts, design tools and ordering services. It does not control the privacy practices of a third-party site that you visit through an external link.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account and contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization and sign-in information.
  • Order and delivery details, including billing status, shipping address, product selections and customer notes.
  • Design content, such as team names, rosters, jersey numbers, prompts, logos, photographs, reference images, artwork, revisions and proofs.
  • Messages and support information you send about a design, account or order.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, we and our service providers may receive standard technical and usage information, such as browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, timestamps, diagnostic events and security signals.

Information from connected services

If you choose a supported third-party sign-in method, we receive the basic account details needed to authenticate you, such as an account identifier, name and email address. Payment providers send us transaction status and identifiers; Team Banner Sports does not need to receive your complete payment-card details.

2. How we use information

  • Provide accounts, saved designs and design tools.
  • Create concepts, proofs and print-ready products.
  • Process payments, calculate shipping and fulfill orders.
  • Send service, account, order and support communications.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, secure and improve the website.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

3. How we share information

We share information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Recipients may include:

  • Hosting, security, storage, analytics, authentication, email and AI technology providers.
  • Payment processors, shipping-rate platforms, carriers, printers and fulfillment partners involved in your order.
  • Professional advisers, authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and service integrity.
  • A successor or transaction participant in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies when you interact directly with their services.

4. Public AI designs and shared content

The public AI design experience is intended to create shareable inspiration. A generated design, its team name and related design details may appear in the public template gallery and may be accessible through a public link. Do not enter a private roster, personal contact information, confidential data or sensitive images into a public AI design.

Content saved privately to an account is not made public merely because it is saved. If you choose a share feature or public workflow, anyone with the resulting link may be able to view the shared content.

5. Cookies, analytics and browser storage

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, protect accounts and understand website activity. With your optional-cookie choice, Google Analytics helps us measure pages, interactions, website performance and purchase events. Google Ads helps us measure advertising conversions and may support remarketing. Purchase measurement can include an order reference, amount, currency and product details.

If you accept optional advertising cookies and complete a paid order, we may provide your normalized email address to the Google tag for enhanced conversion measurement. The tag hashes that data before Google uses it to match the conversion. You can learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and manage Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center.

Optional Google storage is denied until you make a choice. The Google tag may still send limited, cookieless measurement signals used for aggregate reporting and modeling. Your choice is saved in this browser as tbs.google-consent.v1. Use the “Privacy choices” button on the website to accept, decline or change that choice later. Essential account, security, cart and checkout storage is not controlled by this optional-cookie choice. Your browser may also store cart, draft and checkout information locally or for the current session so the workflow can continue between pages.

If you choose account or guest checkout, we also save a cart snapshot on our systems so the cart can continue through payment and our authorized staff can assist with an unpaid checkout. A guest cart is linked to a random browser cookie rather than a customer account. Contact details are added to that cart only after you provide them during checkout.

Browser controls can delete or block cookies and stored website data, but doing so may sign you out, clear a cart or prevent some features from working correctly.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, fulfill orders, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it is held.

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so protect your credentials and use care when choosing content to upload or share.

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection rules from your home country.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You can update certain account and order details through the website or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing.

Send a request from the email address connected with your account to orders@teambannersports.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be retained where legally permitted or required.

8. Children's privacy

The services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not create an account or submit personal information. Adults organizing a youth team should provide only information they are authorized to use and should avoid unnecessary personal details about players.

9. Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services and legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.

For privacy questions or requests, email orders@teambannersports.com.
