These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Team Banner Sports. Please read them before using the website, creating a design or placing an order. Questions can be sent to orders@teambannersports.com.
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing teambannersports.com, creating an account, using a design tool or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the services for a team, school, business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
2. Accounts and website access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or our rights, or when these terms are violated. Website and feature availability may change as the service develops.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
Product prices, production charges, shipping, taxes and the order total are shown before payment. Prices and promotions may change, but changes do not alter an order already accepted and paid.
Payment is processed through the payment option displayed at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we provide confirmation. We may contact you to resolve an obvious pricing, configuration, artwork or availability issue.
4. Custom artwork, proofs and product accuracy
Team banners and pennants are personalized, made-to-order products. You are responsible for checking names, numbers, spelling, colors, dimensions, quantities, delivery details and other submitted information before approving a proof or choosing production without a proof.
Screen colors can differ from printed colors, and minor production variations in color, placement, trimming and finishing can occur. Previews are intended to communicate the design and are not a guarantee of exact display-to-print color matching.
Proof approval and final sale
A proof is your final opportunity to inspect and accept the design and artwork that will be printed. Once you approve a proof and we print the product in accordance with that approved proof, the sale is final. Except to the extent required by applicable law, the order is not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund for any reason based on the design, content, appearance or artwork shown in the approved proof.
Raster, image-based and AI-generated artwork
Artwork created from or supplied as a raster image—including a photograph or AI-generated JPEG, PNG, WebP or other image-based file—has a fixed pixel resolution. Describing an image as high-resolution or 8K does not make it equivalent to SVG vector artwork and does not guarantee vector-level sharpness at the final print size. Depending on the source quality, scaling and compression, printed image-based artwork may look softer or show pixelation or other raster artifacts.
If you require vector-level print quality, you must provide or select suitable SVG vector artwork before approving the proof. By approving a proof that contains raster, image-based or AI-generated artwork, you accept those inherent print-quality limitations. When the finished product is printed in accordance with the approved proof, those accepted characteristics are not defects and are not grounds for a return, exchange or refund.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact us immediately if an order needs to change. Once design or production work begins, a change or cancellation may not be possible and may involve completed-work costs. The final-sale rules above do not limit a remedy required by applicable law or a claim that an item arrived damaged, has a manufacturing defect or materially differs from the approved proof. Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
5. Production and shipping
Production selections describe when work is expected to begin, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit estimates are estimates and can be affected by address issues, weather, holidays, carrier disruptions and events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and reviewing shipment updates. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law. Contact us if tracking shows a delivery problem so we can help investigate with the carrier.
6. Your artwork and design content
You retain your rights in logos, photographs, names, text and other content you submit. You grant Team Banner Sports a limited license to host, copy, modify, reproduce and use that content as needed to provide design, proofing, production, support and order fulfillment services.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use submitted content and that our use of it to fulfill your request will not violate another person's rights. Do not submit confidential, unlawful or infringing material.
AI-assisted designs
AI-assisted results may be incomplete, inaccurate or similar to other content. You must review generated artwork before using or ordering it. Designs created through public AI features may be displayed in the public template gallery, so do not include private or sensitive information in an AI prompt or public design.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, evade security or rate limits, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing activity.
The Team Banner Sports name, website, software, templates, graphics and production assets are owned by Team Banner Sports or its licensors. Except for the limited use needed to create and order your products, no right to copy, resell, redistribute or exploit those materials is granted.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the website and design tools are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, Team Banner Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
