Team Banner Sports is the sole owner of its proprietary online banner design software, custom sports team banner templates, vector-based production files, artwork compositions, and print workflow systems.

All intellectual property, including design layouts and vector compositions, remains the exclusive property of Team Banner Sports.

2. Termination of Former Partnerships

As of 2025, all former licensing agreements have been formally terminated and all usage rights revoked. No third-party website is authorized to use our templates, design assets, or production systems.

3. Misrepresentation of Production Capability

Upscaling raster images (JPEG/PNG) does not recreate original vector data. Large-format prints generated from non-vector sources may result in reduced clarity, pixelation, and diminished print quality.

4. Customer Protection & Caution Notice

• Ensure a legitimate live customization tool is available.
• Confirm real-time design preview is provided.
• Verify true vector production files are used.
• Be cautious of providers relying only on JPEG or PNG images.
• Ask how large-format print clarity is guaranteed.

If a website cannot demonstrate an authentic vector-based workflow, there is a high risk the final printed banner will not meet professional standards.

5. Protection of Intellectual Property

Team Banner Sports actively monitors unauthorized use of its proprietary materials and reserves all rights to pursue appropriate legal action when necessary.
